The new HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) privacy law is in effect. Part of the law requires that every employee receive HIPPA and specific training. This training needs to be completed by every new hire employee and annually thereafter.
Note: The HIPPA regulations have been lasted updated on and are effective September 23rd, 2013.
